Registration to the conference and accommodation booking is available only through the registration forms. The registration fee will be automatically calculated according to your choice made in the said forms. The invoice will be sent immediately after completing the registration to the address indicated in the form. Participation fee has to be transfered in 7 days via bank transfer. In case you have not received the invoice after 1 day after completing the registration process, please contact conference secretariat via the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registration system will create the invoice automatically, the payment needs to be made via bank transfer to Publicon OÜ. Only payments made in euros can be accepted, all bank charges need to be covered by the participant. Please mark the participant’s surname and the invoice number in the payment description. If the invoice number is missing from the description, the registration system might not recognise your payment and your registration will be cancelled. If you are paying several invoices in the same bank transfer, please include all invoice numbers that you are paying. If you are making one bank transfer for participation and accommodation fees, please make sure to write both invoice numbers in the description. The payment deadline is automatically 7 days, but if you need the deadline to be extended, please contact the secretariat. The secretariat has the right to cancel registrations with overdue payments.

Registrations cancelled before 17 May 2019: full refund of the registration fee, except handling fee (30€). In order to cancel your registration, please contact email@example.com. Cancellation requests must identify the participant's name, e-mail address, an amount paid and bank details for a refund (if cancelled before 17 May 2019). There is no refund for the registrations cancelled after 18 May 2019.
NB! Service fee for cancellation is 30€, it will be automatically deducted from the reimbursement.

Accommodation bookings cancelled cancelled before the dates referred in the accommodation booking form under each hotel`s name will be refunded in full, except for the handling fee of 30€. In the event of a cancellation at a later date, no refund is possible. Please submit your cancellation to the Conference Secretariat in writing via e-mail: email@example.com
